Yes. Passwords are generated on your device using crypto.getRandomValues, a cryptographically secure random source. Nothing is transmitted or stored, so no one — including us — ever sees them.
How long should my password be?
For most accounts, 16–20 characters with a mix of character types is very strong. Longer is better, especially for important accounts. Consider a password manager to store them.
