Are my videos uploaded to a server?
No. The tools run FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly inside your browser, so your video never leaves your device. That makes them safe for personal or confidential footage.
Why does the first video take a while to start?
The first run downloads the roughly 32MB compression engine. Your browser caches it afterwards, so every later video — and every other video tool here — starts straight away.
Can I download videos from TikTok, Instagram or YouTube with these?
No. These tools work on video files you already have on your device. They do not download from other platforms.
